Order fulfillment

Spring orders placed before the end of winter are accepted with the understanding that the seller is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, and in the event of damage, the seller is released from the obligation to honor confirmed reservations. Confirmed orders are fulfilled in the order of pickup dates. If the recipient fails to respond by the designated date, the order will be canceled.
